Content server: two questions

1) With a custom book view, something like {series}|||{rating} puts series on the left and the rating on the right if there is a series, but puts the rating on the left if there is no series. Is there a way to make the rating always appear on the right even if the book has no series (i.e. blank fields still take up space)?

2) Sorting by e.g. author puts the books in a seemingly random order for each author. In the Calibre library view, I can sort by title, then series, then author to get books sorted by author, by series for each author, and by title for books without a series. Is it possible to do something like this with the content server book list?

1) simply insert a nbsp or similar character after {series}

2) Not via the UI, but if you look at the URL of the sorted view, you can manually adjust it to sort on multiple fields.
