Is the dr800sg under guarantee outside USA ?
Hello,
I want to know if IREX will guarantee DR800sg for user in Europe, thanks. |

you have to contact iRex support first. They usually sent you a return box to have the DR800 collected. In technical terms: you need a RMA (Return Material Autorisation) to have it returned. This has to do with customs regulations, import taxes and VAT.
