My Kobo Clara not detected

Hi, My new Kobo Clara is not being detected by Calibre. I can see it and use it in File Explorer, add/remove books. I removed everything in ignored devices and updated my plugins, Calibre etc.

You are running calibre 3.23 the updated version is 3.31

Hi David, thanks, that fixed it. Very strange. I bought my Clara on the 17/09/18 and updated Calibre the same day. I had it all working then put my Clara away while I waited for a book cover. Plugged it in today and it would not work. Not sure how I screwed up my Calibre update but I guess I did. Thanks again.
