Small capitals in Economist recipe
I don't know if something has changed on the Economist website, but for the last couple of weeks abbreviations like "DNA" and "FBI" are coming out as "dna" and "fbi" for me.
e.g. this is the case for: https://www.economist.com/the-world-...05/26/politics Looking at the page source, it seems they're using: dna and in the output file, it's rendering as: dna |

Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious - I'm not very knowledgeable in HTML, but I'm still getting small lower case text after the recipe workaround.
I can fix it by editing the output EPUB document style sheet and adding text-transform: uppercase; to the relevant calibreXX class (which seems to change each week). How can I set it up so I don't have to manually edit each week? Many thanks John |

I dont see how that's possible. Make sure you are using the builtin recipe and not a custom one.

https://www.economist.com/letters/20...-to-the-editor downloads with letter writer's name in small lower case.
Here is the part of the EPUB produced by the download:
darren hughes
Chief executive
Electoral Reform Society
London
|

And this is how it displays in Calibre reader (without me editing the style sheet).

Many thanks Kovid. Now working fine on both Calibre reader and the Clara HD. :-)
