"Limbo," by Bernard Wolfe, is available on pre-order from Amazon for $6.99, and will be published as a Kindle ebook on April 14, 2016. Here's the link:

This is an important book, one that I read way back in the early '70s. It was published in 1952.

I've already pre-ordered my copy.

It would make a great book for discussion here at Mobileread, due to a number of controversial topics.

Well, they delayed it twice, and then yesterday I received an email from Amazon saying my order has now been cancelled:

"The release of the item in the order below has been canceled by the publisher and we have canceled your pre-order. You won't be charged for items that are canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Just checked and the Kobo site shows it as being available to pre order. Maybe they haven't gotten around to cancelling it.

Not too confident this will work any better than Amazon

I think they're behind the times, as that date was the original release date that Amazon told me when the ebook first went on pre-order.

Just checked Kobo and they now say it is 'coming soon' vice it will be available two weeks ago.

That's good news, if their information from the Publisher is correct.

If I remember correctly, I received two notices from Amazon saying it had been delayed, and then a third and final PM saying that the order had been cancelled.

Please let us know if, in two weeks, you get your ebook.
