Easy enough if that's the extent of it. But it doesn't take into account any internal hrefs that may have to be adjusted.

There's no such plugin, however, you can convert zipped HTML folders with Calibre to epubs. Simply zip up the HTML files folder add it to the Calibre library and convert it to an epub file.

BTW, Sigil 0.9.7 or higher can handle ePubs with identical file names in different sub-folders; it'll automatically rename them.
