permanently highlighting pdfs
Hi
I tried to search for this issue on this forum but couldn't find any answer so please forgive me if this has been asked before This is not for an ebook device but for the pc running windows There are a few online journals that I use quite frequently and they allow for download of article in pdf format. But these documents have their "comments" features set as "not allowed". All I like to do is to highlight some lines and save the file with the highlighting so that the next time I open it, I know what to read! Is there some way of doing this? And if there is which software to use for it, paid or free, of course free is preferable! Thanks |
