PRS-650 Export pdf with highlights?

I understand it's possible to export all the highlights only, but is it possible to export the pdf and retain the highlights made on the reader? Or is there software on the computer side that would import the highlights from the reader's pdf to a computer copy of the pdf? basically i want to highlight sections of a book on the reader, and then have that same book available on the computer, but with all the highlights included. syncing two copies would be even better.

any thoughts appreciated.
