I think I'm intimidated by its 600 pages. I don't usually read books that big.

If you have not bought it yet, then just read the sample. Less intimidating. Plus it might be enough to completely hook you. I just looked at my Dresden files omnibus, and my Kindle says it is over 6900 calibre pages so far (all 15 books + Side Jobs).

I checked the book out (since it is free in KU) and it is severely lacking. It doesn't list the reading order correctly, but goes by whole books only. So it starts with Brief Cases, then goes to Side Jobs, then the case files interupted by Backup between Small Favor and Turn Coat. Now technically that is right, Backup belongs there, but it is part of Side Jobs already. For chronological reading order it needs to break up Brief Cases and Side Jobs into their individual stories and fit them in where needed, IMHO.

It is not worth the $0.99.

Yes, but Ben Aaronovitch only has about 6 books right now not 16.

Only including full novels of course. There are also at least 3 graphic novels, a couple novellas, and some short stories.

Also small nitpick - the name of the series are missing in all except Jim Butcher's entry. Especially non-useful here:

Any rumors regarding a release date on Peace Talks?
Its been a long... long while, and I haven't followed this reddit as closely as many of you have. Have there been any rumors that Jim is close to finishing the book? Any insights, any schedule changes or subtle hints that a release date announcement is imminent?
If another year goes by without a release, I say we as a community should just release our own competing version of the book. If I have to read a non-cannon variant, but skip waiting yet another year, then so be it.

It should be out October-ish of this year.
Here we know currently:
At SLCC (5 months ago) he said Brief Cases was June-ish and Peace Talks would be 8-12 weeks after that which would be September-November 2018.
At Jim's ECCC Interview (2 weeks ago) he said he has about 6ish weeks worth of writing left to do on Peace Talks, done writing end of April or so. Then it will be given to the editor and then there will be a bunch of editing and publishing stuff that will take several months till it's actually in stores. How long that takes depends on the publisher's schedule and a bunch of other factors. His original estimate of September-Novemeber is probably still correct.
