I have a few hours now, if some testing is needed.

@hius07: I distinctly remember a public writeup, but I may have dreamed that one up .

I found the timeframe of the instructions, I will be going back to see if my PM's saved them from that time.
Please be patient, and I will have mine in a few hours. PM me if you are a computer power user, and think you are willing ot run some advanced commands to try to capture some things off oyur devices. I ordered the "32GB - WIFI - Special Offer" If you have the 8 GB, or either of the 3G versions, feel free to PM me, if you have the same model I have, I think my research should be enough. |

This is interesting. My new PW 4, which I haven't received yet, has a S# of G0000 PP08 ... on my Amazon devices page. It is 8GB, WiFi, No SO ,US, although it is coming to Costa Rica by a forwarder. I'll double check it when I get it next week, but for now it looks like we have both G000 PP07 and G000 PP08.

There's also the G0000 T6 for 32GB.
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...2&postcount=17 Curious, for those who already know their PW4 serial numbers, what do the digits 9-12 show on yours? Supposedly, those digits correspond to: year of manufacture: 9 week of manufacture: 10-11 day of manufacture: 12 |

I tried a couple homemade cables I had, but everything booted up well. If we knew how to trigger the adb or fastboot modes, that would be a great thing.

FWIW, I'm basically waiting for a GCC build to finish, but I have updated snapshots ready to go .
EDIT: Done! Snapshots updated, as well as the JB Hotfix & patched KUAL. No idea if any of it actually works, but, hey, it's ready . Last edited by NiLuJe; 11-08-2018 at 06:35 PM. |

Edit: I do see you added 2F7 and 366, which as far as we can tell are the 8g and 32g us WIFI only. Last edited by coplate; 11-08-2018 at 07:20 PM. |
