Editing tags log history

Hi, I was updating the tags for one of my titles and after I edited the tag the title disappeared from my saved search. Now I can't find the title with the tag I edited. Is there a log of metadata edits I can search through?

@Amalthia - in Book List, right click somewhere in column headers, select Show column->Modified. Then sort on Modified, it will be the rightmost column. If you sort on descending date the book should be near the top of the list, vice-versa if ascending.
