Can Calibre Include Blurb?

When I convert a book using Calibre, I've noticed that there's often a brief synopsis of the novel in the metadata box. Is it possible to include this at the beginning of the book? If so, how do I do this?

Addendum : you can add a 'jacket' to an existing book's ePub format using the Polish Book tool, which you can access by adding it to a toolbar or menu using Preferences->Toolbars; or simply press the 'P' key
