How many programs support ePub 3.2? We still don't have full ePub 3 support in enough programs.

Good question. How about you do the research and get back to us with the answer... Also, include a sub-section describing the improvements of 3.2 over 3.0 (hint: 3.2 is basically 3.1 but is backwards compatible with 2, which was why 3.1 wasn't widely adopted)

Is there any Reader that supports ePub 3.2? I have no idea what version ePub 3 access on Kobo supports.

As usual, your posts clearly show that you don't know what you're talking about. All readers/apps that support EPUB 3.0.1 also support EPUB 3.2. To quote the W3C:

(Emphasis mine.)

I.e., Apple Books/iBooks and Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 technically also support EPUB 3.2. BTW, both EPUB 3.0.1 and EPUB 3.2 allow you to create epubs that can also be rendered by EPUB 2.0.1 readers/apps.

How many eInk Reading use Books and the latest RMSDK? You'd have to read on an iPhone, iPad, or OS X in order to use Books. As for RMSDK, I don't know of any Reader that uses the latest version. I would like Kobo to use the latest version, but I don't see that happening,
