I realize that. What I was wondering was why he did not revert to 101 until next Friday or alternatively run from source.

I got the impression from the post that he hadn't actually upgraded to 102.

I don't run from source. I did go back to 101. Now I can go to 103 and try to figure out the program code for KePub vs ePub in the KoboTouch driver.

Hopefully check_yes_no("#bool", 0, 0, 1) will be your best option. But I think it works only in GUI so i'm not 100% sure if it can run there.

Released 7.26.104. Hopefully the last preview release before calibre 8. No major changes, just minor bug fixes and calibre on macOS now uses framed dock icons.

Hmmm.. Not sure if I'm missing something in my setup or not. Experimenting with my Libra H2O (which I just realzied is WAY back level on f/w; only at 4.16.13133).

I sent some epubs to it via the device folder approach. Some left native as epub; others converted to kepub. Yes; I ensure that metadata management is set to Automatic. I did a disconnect from folder / eject from chromebook / import content / connect to chromebook / connect to folder / calibre update metadata / disconnect / eject sequence (PHEW; thats a mouthful).

I see the series info show up under the books in the main view, however in My Books I only see tabs for Books / Authors / Collections. I thought there was also a tab for Series or am I imagining it.

Oh well; I upgraded f/w to 4.38 and all is fine!

Conversion to kepub is managed byt he settings in the kobo touch driver. Make sure you have the option to use the new renderer enabled adn the template used to determine which books are converted blank.

I think device/kobo.py is missing the Libra Colour in the list of devices for connect to folder.

Also the official device names from Kobo follow the British / Canadian spelling for Colour; not the American Color.
