[File Type Plugin] Automatically Add Covers to .djvu Files on Import

Hi all!

This plugin automatically converts the first page of .djvu books to .png to add as a cover (much like the standard process for .pdf). As of now, this depends on pip packages numpy, cairo and python-djvulibre. Additionally, this only works on Linux.

If there are any features that y'all would like or if you have any ideas on how to simplify dependencies or clean up the code, I'll be happy to provide updates/fixes.

I would love to see this working on the Mac. I have a ton of old russian books as djvu, and it is a lot of manual work to extract the cover manually and add it then to calibre....

GitHub user xor2003's calibre_djvu_covers (updated 17 May 2020) seems very similar, but it only requires ImageMagick's 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚝 command.

Thanks for pointing that out! Unfortunately, this plugin also does not work on Mac.
