i believe those people list those popular books which are not free.

I've run across pirated books on all the major ebook stores that allow 3rd parties to upload books (which is pretty much every ebook store that is not tied to a specific publisher). Agreed. That's why I put the link back (though I removed the portion that led to clearly pirated content). We're not going to police legitimate sites--they need to do that for themselves. We will, however, remove links to sites that exist solely to allow others to share, download, buy/sell pirated content.
