Virtual Libraries Out of Control

Would love some advice. Just updated to 2.20 Calibre.

I have two problems.

1. Virtual Libraries are out of wack. They are all listed in tabs whenever I open or restart Calibre, even the ones I just deleted or modified the last time; and the ones the last time are missing.

2. Settings for View Manager are not saved each time I restart.

3. FFDL's personal.ini file is not saved each time I update but other settings are saved?

It almost sounds like something about the preference file is not being saved properly but I'm not a programmer so I don't know. Can anyone help?

I don't know about point 1, but points 2 and 3 are because of a problem in the initial release of calibre 2.20. There was a second release that fixed this, so download calibre again and install. See Plugin not saving lists in C2.20 for the details.
