I am in again. Although I don't really know what I'm going to do, yet. I'm terrible at planning. It's my tenth time this year, so I might have to try something special.

Yep, almost. I know what you mean though. The year seems to go by faster every time doesn't it.

I just use my 1st initial and surname. Easiest to remember. i.e. Cbrentner, with the C standing for Charles.

Not sure if I will or not this year. Last year was my first and it was fun; I was even able to clean up the book and sell it. But I have about 20k words left on my current book, and while I have an outline for the next one, I may not be ready to start on Nov. 1.

NaNoWriMo continues to grow, with both established writers and wanna-be writers participating in this month-long adventure in writing.

As well, many vendors allow generous discounts on their writing software.

For these reasons, this thread will be a sticky until the event is over.

I really need to get vol4 of my series out the door, and I am in full editing phase now so cant do it this year... maybe next.

I've started it for about three years now and every year I get lost in over thinking things and end up just tweaking plots.

But of course I'll be at it again this year.
