Kobo libra 2 stuck in USB recovery mode

Hello,

Recently, I uploaded an epub file to my Koba Libra2 using a USB cable, and after that, the reader stopped functioning. Whenever I try to turn it on, the screen flashes and nothing happens. Also, I can see the small LED light blinking at the top right corner. I tried to do a soft reset by following the instructions I found on the Kobo official website. The process started successfully but the state hasn't changed. USB state logs:

I was going to try sending you the µSD card images for a Libra 2 but you will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please post in the Kobo µSD Card Image Requests thread to let me know.

I did manage to recover my Kobo libra2. Neither of the images I received worked, I created the copy of the existing stuck image and booted it into the new SD card which helped in my case. I’m posting this reply in case anyone else finds it useful. Thank you for the help!

If you still have the image, could you please PM me a link to a copy of it. I would like to add it to my images collection in case someone else has the same hardware revision.

Seeing skriejantis.dari's post about imaging their original SD card and copying it to a new one, I did the same and was able to recover my Kobo Libra 2.

I used the "Flash Drive Image Creator" and "Flash Drive Image Writer" software linked in the Memory Upgrade Mod Guide (With Pictures) post:

https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=209122

I made a full SD card image and wrote it to a new card of equivalent size, and it booted up without issue.

DNSB - let me know if you want me to create an image for you as you requested of skriejantis.dari. If you want one, give me direction on what exactly you are after. I assume it is not the full image that I did to recover my kobo SD card.
