Ok guys I need some help please. Just got my Cloud Dragon Oberon cover for Kindle Oasis to use with my libre colour.
Where is the magnet? In the Oberon cover, in an existing cover made for the kobo, in the libre itself? What does it look like? How do I attach it to the Oberon cover so it stays in place? Sorry, but I am 79 and really need more detail. Thank you very much in advance.

One thing you can do is take the cover off of the Libra 2. Turn on the Libra 2. Find the magnet in the Oberon cover and run it down the wide side of the Libra 2 until it goes to sleep. Then you'll know how off the magnet is from what the Libra 2 needs and you'll also know where the magnet needs to be on the cover.

If you want a sleep cover to work, the magnet must be in the correct location. There is no miracle that will make the Hall effect sensor detect a magnet in the wrong spot.

If you purchased a case with the magnet in the wrong place, you can either try surgery on the case which will almost guarantee an uglier than homemade sin result or buy a case with the magnet in the right spot.

Sometimes you have to wait a week or two to get the color you want. They try to update the inventory often. Oasis 2 is the same size cover as Oasis 3 cover. Not sure why Oberon makes you choose 2 or 3, but maybe the magnets are in different spots.

Make sure to tell them to NOT glue the magnet in place (Oasis magnet is in wrong place). Then you move it for the Libra Colour.

I am trying to get them to make a cover for a Sage without paying the $25.00 custom fee. I sent dimensions of all Kobos that are still actively being sold. There are just so many more Kindles sold.

I only knew the Oasis 2 and 3 would work for the Libra Colour because I measured the Libra Colour and compared it to Oasis dimensions. You can use Guido's table that he has posted. He keeps it updated.

Since I posted here originally, Oberon has sold out. Plus in trying to get them to add a cover for the 3 newest Kobos, I told them they could rename that cover as a Kobo Libra Color if they move the magnet. The power button is a little covered by the cover's elastic, but you can still get to it.

Maybe they stopped making Oasis 2 and 3 covers because they are changing them to Kobo Libra Colour? I gave them all of the dimensions, including the Sage. I gave them dimensions for other ereaders too like Pocketbook ereaders.

The magnet is easy to move, but it is better to ask Oberon to tape the magnet and NOT glue it in place.

Remove the inside black card (for stiffness and protection).

Remove the tape. If magnet has been glued, pry the magnet up carefully, and move it to the spot between my 2 fingers in the photo. But put the magnet IN about 1" or 1.5" from the edge of the glass. See photos. Tape in place. Painters tape works great.

When closing the cover, the magnet must touch the glass so slide the black card back in the correct way.

Photos of the pen holder.

Pen holder will not fit on the spine, so I put it on the top. Cost is $5.00 but it is nowhere on the website. Call or email to order it. Black only. Has a sticky back. I do not have the correct pen, but I used another pen that works.

Technically it is a pen holder, but I use it for the stylus. Ask for pen holder.

Ok, found and moved the magnet, all works like it should. Checked Power Off never, and it works like a charm. Thank you guys.

Install NickelMenu. Then you can have a command to put your Kobo to sleep.
