Request a specific dated issue "one time only"?
I like the new feature where you can request a specific previous issue. I've actually only used it once, to redownload an old issue that I'd accidentally deleted. The only problem was that I'd forgotten I'd done that, had not deleted the requested date, and became quite frustrated weeks later when I kept getting the same outdated issue over and over every time the scheduled download ran.
Would it not be possible, or even better, to make that "date" entry self-delete after a download. I can't imagine why anyone would want to keep downloading the same old issue forever and ever. I'd suggest either an automatic self-delete of the date field after one download. Or a check box next to the date field for "one time only". Leaving the date as permanent seems counter productive. It's not really a dedicated date setting that mechanism can be used for any recipe specific options. I could have calibre use heuristics and try to guess which setting should be reset, but that's fragile and adding more plumbing to have recipes indicate a setting should be reset after use is rather too much work.
