How to send to specific directory via USB?

It always send files to KOBOeReader of my kobo reader.
Is it possible to send to user preferred specific directory?

> Preferences -> Plugins ->
Device plugins -> User defined (source: https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq.html#id20)

I don't see "Device plugin" option there. Recently renamed to "Device Interface" ?

Which plugin need to be disabled for kobo?

It is a sub section of the Plugins (and it is named Device Interface):

User Defined is near the bottom of the section

Disabled "KoboTouch (2.6.0) by David Foster" > restart calibre > now it doesn't auto mount the kobo.
But it doesn't show the option to move to Kobo directories either when I try "Connect to Folder".

Update: found the mount path of the kobo device. Now everything works as I expected.
