I just lost my library

So I decided to run a Check database in Calibre as it had been quite a while since I last ran it. And it just killed my library and I can no longer start Calibre, even after ending all the Calibre processes in Task Manager.

It seems to think I am running Win 10, but I am running Win11 24h2

Any idea what went wrong and how to fix?

From an OS kernel perspective Windows 11 is Windows 10 with a fresh coat of paint, hence the internal Product name is Win 10. Have a look in Settings->System->About.
