Replacement for Fire 3HDX 3rd gen (2013)
I loved my old Kindle, and want to buy another one. I've read reviews, and visited the Amazon Web site. I'm confused.

My old product is a good book reader, supports multi emails, has color, and uses the silk browser to access the entire Web.

Which new product should I buy that will have all of these features?

Remember that the Fire series is not actually a Kindle eReader. The current Fire tablet is the Fire HD 8

Android Tablet good as an ereader: Nxtpaper 11 and Nxtpaper 14 (the Nxtpaper 40 is a phone). All very matte paper like screens. Can run latest Kindle App, like a Fire.

Good Kindle experience on eInk: A current paperwhite. But a pre-2024 version if you want to properly make backups.

A good eink based reader, any mono Kobo model.
