I know if you select the book and then hit E, you get the edit metadata windows which does show the cover and the cover size. You could then type that into a column.

@Telabro - of you check Preferences->Look and feel->Book details->Show cover size the size of the image in the book folder will be show at bottom right corner of the cover in the book details panel. But this may not be the size of the cover image in the book format file(s).
