The only thing that I know you can do is a manual factory reset. The instructions are in https://help.kobo.com/hc/en-us/artic...our-Kobo-Touch. It probably won't work as it is basically what is happening. But, there might be something different about it that works.

The only other possibility is booting from the external SD card. This seems to work for the Aura when booting from an image for the Aura H2O. But, I don't know if it can boot from the external SD card and I don't know if there is an image to use. The image for the N905B might be close enough, but, I don't know.

The N905 is a Touch, but, it is the model without an internal SD card. The two models with an SD card are N905B and N905C. They have different hardware and need different images. I need the correct model number to supply the correct image, otherwise, it won't work. The model number should be on the end of the device.

Thanks David! Loaded the image you sent with the correct serial number onto my SD card. Seems that it's no longer unhappy about that (green, red, and flashing green LEDs prior to this change), but now the blue light comes on for ~15 seconds but the screen never changes from it's sleep page. Any thoughts on what this could be? Did some minor digging and it seems that this constant blue light is just the eReader initializing. Tried a factory reset as well with no luck.
