Well, that's just sad. Especially in view of the fact that others have posted in this thread when they were just having water.
In my cup right now is the skin of a grapefruit. The grapefruit used to be there, but it's gone now. |

A bottle of water and a fresh cup of coffee.
Wishing I had more M&M's. |

Home sweet home....
I unpacked the oilpainting (100x50 cm) of the Registan Square I bought in Samarkand (Uzbekistan). It was a bit of a risk; took it off the frame and rolled it -picture facing outwards-with a piece of cloth- around two plastic water bottles, and then plastic. It has survived the subsequent car-train-bus journeys. Now I'll figure out how to try to mount and stretch the canvas on a new frame. in my cup: hot Ceylon tea in a thermos mug (bought in China, where every one walks around with a mobile phone and a thermos mug filled with green tea). What a great idea on how to transport your painting. The canvas on it looks very soft; Does it still feel like cloth?
Fresh coffee in my cup and a biscotti on my plate. |

Peet's Anniversary Breakfast Blend this morning, along with my fresh squeezed orange juice. But now, time for a more relaxing afternoon tea -- I think some Okayti Estate First Flush Darjeeling. A perfect afternoon tea to sit and relax with.
