Borders.com taking pre orders for the Kobo reader
Borders is now taking pre orders for the Kobo reader that will start shipping on June 17th. they’ll also open an e-book (and apps) store next month (powered by Kobo), and launch special digital shops called Area-e in August to sell the e-readers (not just the Kobo) and more content.

So Borders.com will no longer link to the Sony bookstore.
It's nice that Kobo's reader is so inexpensive! I haven't been keeping up much with the developments lately. |

It's only that inexpensive initially. They haven't revealed the actual MSRP, just that at the launch, the pricen will be $149 for a 'limited time'.
