I miss Marc, do y'all remember him? Do you guys remember when he used to have this tame monkey alter-ego? And his posts were always so insightful and coherent. He would have these parties and invite everyone over for healthy snacks and lemonade, or something like that. I wonder whatever happened to good ol' Marc?

This is a perfect opportunity to correct some of the misinformation about Australia that I've seen on these forums. For example this is actually what Australian Crustacean's look like.

Hah! You think you can trick me so easily. You underestimate my extraordinary patience, my friends. I can outlive your trivial and petty attempts to drag me back into the MobileRead morass. I can stay out here in the vacuum forever, living off quantum fluctuations and an ample supply of belly button lint.
No, you silly, little people with your shenanigans and your pranksterism. You will never see another post of mine beyond the magical 3000, no matter how you try to tempt or provoke... ... ... ... ... ... ...oh, bugger. Cheers, Marc (tee hee, "morass"...sounds like "more ass". Giggle) |

Hmm, assuming above post was his 3001's post, he's been busy in the last 6 hours... I think he will faint soon from trying to catch up!

I worked retail for many years, I enjoy my nice quiet (most of the time) cubicle. Nice thing about the internet is you don't have to talk if you don't want to

Trouble I have with cubicle-ville are the unexpected flying objects. Small Furry Toys, rubber balls, assorted foam packing, paper "aeroplanes" and on one surreal occasion an inflatable cactus.
