Won't load Epub

I just downloaded an EPUB without DRM from Kobo. When I try to load it into Calibre, I get the following error:

I'm running Mac OC El Capitan, and 2.40 Calibre.

How do I fix that? I let everyone read and write to the Calibre Library folder.

something is blocking one of the folders on that path (last line)
If the Author already exists, it cant create the title folder ...

Firewall? A/V (updated)?

That was it! For some reason, it wanted to make a new author folder to add this book. Works now.
