ebooks for small children?
We are looking for some books or collections -- ideally free or cheap -- to keep on our Kindle to read to our 4-year old girl. We're looking for stories to read to her and also "picture book" type stuff to read with her.
Links directly to recommended ebooks would be doubly appreciated! thx, ApK |

Here's a search link I made for you that shows discounted Kindle eBooks for children priced from less than a buck to $5.
(Link goes directly to Amazon) http://amzn.to/e56IVv There's a bunch of Curious George, Magic Tree House, Berenstain Bears, etc ebooks that are each less than a buck each. |

Magic Tree House books are great early chapter books. My daughter loves them.

If it's for small children, make sure you get one of those ebooks with the thick cardboard pages that are hard to tear out.

Thanks for posting that link, Arcadata!
If you're a kid, you've got to read the Berenstain Bears. Classics. |

I recently got this one free but I see it's back up to $3.99 now.
http://www.amazon.com/Natalie-Wants-...3862206&sr=1-1 From that page, scroll down and take a look at the list of what other customers bought. Lots of freebies for little ones. Many Beatrix Potter and others. |
