Title and authors not correct sorted, series is

As i normally have it sorted on date, i now see that if i click on title it sort not all correctly on alphabet same goes for authors. The series column it shows correct. Standard calibre 6.6.1.

Are you talking about the same thing as this thread Sorting Authors by Name is wrong in 6.4?

TLDR: Calibre use a differente value that the displayed "Authors" for sort them column. Ditto with the title.
You could change this behavior with some manipulation for the author, but not sure for the title.

Have you run the 'sort' checks in the Quality Check Plugin to be sure that your metadata is consistent?
(Raw metadata tends to be all over the place.

)

Qtheducks Yes but have no idea what to do with the marked,some are marked many times.

Marked just identifies the book that need attention.
The next step depends on the issue tested for.
Select all (marked): Tap 'E' (bulk mode Metadata edit).
See the tick boxes,
for Author sort issue, tick Automatically set Author sort: OK

In most cases, you can only fix ONE kind of error (as marked) per MDE pass.
In a few, you can also do a Title Case fix, add a tag.

USE CARE. The only UNDO is a RESTORE from YOUR backup
