How to configure Windows Menus in STANDARD Menu Bar

How do I configure a standard Windows Menu Bar, instead of the Toolbar-style icons currently at the top of the Calibre screen.

Is there an existing Menu profile with the standard Windows 10 menus below?

File... (Open..., Save, Save As, Close, etc.),
Edit... (book),
View...(PDF, ePub, ),
Search...,
Convert...,
Manage Library...,
Preferences,
Help (Tutorials, Manual, Online, Search,
etc.

Or how about just text-based menus, rather than the big, spacing-consuming icons?

I am a Windows user and have spent decades learning and using Windows. Having standard Windows-style menus on a menu bar will help me be more productive, and take less time searching for functions within Calibre.

Thank you.

You can just use Preferences:Toolbars & Menus to reassign most of the Icons to the Menu Bar (will become Text only)
There are a few that probably wont work, those are When device is connected
My current Menubar is Preferences, Help, Fetch News

In Preferences->Toolbars & Menus put what you want in the Menu bar and remove everything from the Main tool bar, and you'll get something like this:
