Sigil crashes when Add Existing Files.
Sigil Mac desktop app crashes whenever I try to add existing files. Worked when adding image files a week ago. Have tried all the suggested approaches. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Anybody else have a similar problem? Any suggestions?

Something that worked for me was to find and delete or rename the sigil.ini file (preferences). There is apparently a QT bug which causes this if you have upgrade Sigil from an old version and don't remove the ini file.
