bon, j'étais pas loin de criser cette semaine moi-même, surtout que j'avais appelé 2 ou 3 fois sans réussir à avoir des nouvelles (ils refusent de te passer directement la personne, il faut laisser un message et attendre qu'il rappelle. sauf que si il est débordé (ou si il n'a pas de nouvelles, peut-être...) des fois, tu peux attendre longtemps ). là j'en ai enfin eu et il m'a confirmé qu'ils allaient bien me faire l'échange, mais qu'il fallait maintenant trancher si le remplacement serait fourni par sonystore directement ou par le service consommateur. en principe ils vont quand même tirer ça au clair d'ici qqs jours mais boudi, j'avoue que malgré tout j'arrive à bout de patience, après plus d'un mois de tergiversions...

la bonne nouvelle c'est que quand même je devrais à priori bientôt avoir un reader tout neuf et surtout en état de marche. et j'ai le numéro du service consommateur et le nom de la personne qui suit mon dossier, pour pouvoir l'appeler moi-même et, heu, "l'encourager" à se décider vite. je devais l'appeler aujourd'hui, mais j'avais trois tonnes de boulot et j'ai pas eu le temps, malheureusement. demain, sûr.

tiens tiens ! je viens d'avoir un coup de fil de mon pote chez sony. apparemment, ils ont eu la grosse surprise aujourd'hui de voir revenir mon 600 du service technique, apparemment réparé. ils auraient eu la carte plus tôt que prévu, finalement. le gars m'a dit qu'il l'a allumé, branché sur pc, testé, et que tout fonctionne bien (mise sous / hors tension, connexion usb... je peux pas lui demander si il plante tout et lance un formattage de la mémoire interne puisque cela ne m'est arrivé qu'une fois (enfin 2 fois, mais en l'espace de qqs minutes), mais bon !

presque je trouverais ça louche mais je vais préférer me dire ouf, enfin ça y est, dommage pour l'échange mais au moins comme ça ça traînera plus !!! et puisque la carte est remplacée, je ne devrais plus avoir de problèmes...

je vais donc le récupérer tout à l'heure ! (faut que je speede de terminer un peu le boulot que j'ai en cours avant de partir...)

me voilà réunie avec mon 600 après plus d'un mois !! il était temps dis donc, je tenais presque plus. tout semble aller bien ; le gars de chez sony l'a branché devant moi que je me rende compte, et effectivement il a été de suite reconnu, et pareil quand je suis arrivée chez moi. il y a juste le truc bizarre qu'il y a un léger effet de rémanence sur l'écran qui n'était pas là avant, surtout visible lorsque j'éteins la chose sur l'écran d'accueil (avec la zone noire du bas de l'écran, bien visible...), mais pour l'instant ça semble partir au deuxième rafraichissement, alors hein, on va pas râler trop fort vu que je suis pas prête à m'en re-séparer de si tôt !

merci à tous pour le soutien moral dans ce temps si difficile, j'aurais été perdue sans vous.
