[Bug] Extra linebreaks added to post when quoting/previewing posts.

Browser: Firefox 109

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click the Quote button on a post in a thread
2. Type your message below the quote.
3. Click preview post and see the addition linebreaks in the message preview.
4. Fix the extra linebreaks, as they only happen the first time you Preview Post.

I think this also happens to me when using the quote button then Submit Reply without previewing too. Just happened when Previewing this thread despite no quotes.

How its typed:
Code:
Quote
Line 1
Line 2

Line 3
Line 4
How it comes out:
Code:
Quote

Line 1

Line 2

Line 3

Line 4

Actually this is wrong, they can definitely reappear, maybe if you edit your post again and add in new blank lines before submitting reply.
