Notification on search fail
I think it would be nice if when doing a search in Calibre that when no results are found that it give you some indication that no results are found. As it is now, it just sits there. I don't know if it is still searching or if it has locked up.
Some kind of notification would be nice. |

When there are no matches found your book list is blank. Seems like a pretty unmissable notification to me Maybe you have the search setup to mark instead of filter books? Click the little icon with 3 blue lines next to the search bar to change the mode back to filter.
And note that while calibre is searching, the GUI is locked, you cannot click anything in it. If you can do something, then the search is over. |
