Is there any way to recombine files into a lit file?

I have a folder of files that were originally a lit file. I'm assuming there were uncompressed using ConvertLit. Is there any tool; any way that anyone is aware of to recombine these files into an actual lit file? Would I be able to do this with ReaderWorks, assuming I could still find a copy somewhere?

Thanks.

Yes, Readerworks publisher will do it. You might be able to zip the folder and use Calibre, I'm not sure.

After a lot of searching, I finally found a link that wasn't dead and got a copy of ReaderWorks Publisher. I haven't had a chance to play with it much but it looks like it's going to be exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.
