Turn Off Double Click to Edit

Is there some way to turn off the double click feature to edit fields on the book list. There are times in my workflow when its a darn nuisance - I use similar software for other media types, they allow this behaviour to be turned off

And if it is turned off there's always F2

PLUS : It would good if the tooltips showed available keyboard shortcuts

TIA BR
