Blank screen after configuration password

Hi!

Can anyone help me?

I set a 4 digit configuration password to my pocketbook pro 902 and now when I try to enter the configuration menu, I enter the password and all I get is a blank screen. Is there a way to remove the password? I mention here that it is the right password, I tried changing a digit and get a "incorrect password" message.

Thanks in advance if you can help. If you can't thanks anyway for taking the time to read!

Hi,
I called the support and they told me to downgrade to Firmware 2.1.2.
It is a known bug and the programmer in Kiev are working on it.
Ok, this works with 2.1.2 I can open the configuration.
After removing the PW I install 2.1.3 again and I can open the configuration.
Now without a password. problem solved for me.

Isn't it possible to gain access by manually editing the config files in the system directory or are the config files encrypted when you set a password?

They are working on a bug?! Sweet, that can only mean a firmware update in the future!

It may be because the firmware was initially pretty buggy and missing many features, but I have to say that after about 20 months with the PB902, the many firmware updates since I bought the device have kept it feeling up-to-date. I feel pretty good about that purchase, and PocketBook.

It looks like my PRS-T1 will now be abandoned by Sony, so that only improves my view of the PB.
