Blank screen after configuration password
Hi!
Can anyone help me? I set a 4 digit configuration password to my pocketbook pro 902 and now when I try to enter the configuration menu, I enter the password and all I get is a blank screen. Is there a way to remove the password? I mention here that it is the right password, I tried changing a digit and get a "incorrect password" message. Thanks in advance if you can help. If you can't thanks anyway for taking the time to read! |

Hi,
I called the support and they told me to downgrade to Firmware 2.1.2. It is a known bug and the programmer in Kiev are working on it. Ok, this works with 2.1.2 I can open the configuration. After removing the PW I install 2.1.3 again and I can open the configuration. Now without a password. problem solved for me. |

They are working on a bug?! Sweet, that can only mean a firmware update in the future!

It looks like my PRS-T1 will now be abandoned by Sony, so that only improves my view of the PB. |
