Defective Cybook Ocean
Is anyone else having trouble with the Ocean?

Mine won't stay off, and sometimes it flips the page when it's supposed to be off. And then there are the times it ignores the power button.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Found my ocean on when it was supposed to be off. Thought it was something pushing the power button in my bag.

If they have left the Service Menu on the Ocean, you may be able to try the "buttons"

Don't shop at Bookeen
I know it's 4 months later, but it occurred to me today that I never posted a follow up.

I never did get a refund from Bookeen.

I filed a support ticket, which they deleted. My follow up emails and tweets which complained about the deletion were ignored.

I did try to get a refund through my credit card company, but they said that since I had the item there was nothing they could do.

So I'm stuck with a broken ereader which cost over $200.

Did try to shop at Bookeen, but didn't work, so went to Pixmania when Bookeen failed to respond to my query. More expensive but behaving like a real business.
Oh, it's a Muse, not Ocean. Hope your troubles are resolved.
