Converting StarDict (and other) dictionaries to iPad (to use with iBooks)

It seems it's possible to convert StarDict and Lingvo dictionaries to the iPad format. (Russian - English translation by Google)

Instead of editing iPad's plist file you can use DicSelector to switch dictionaries:

How about StarDict dictionaries? The procedure seems to be the same as on Macs: use DictUnifier

Thing is how do I convert a StarDict dictionary if I don't have a Mac? Could someone make a script/program that would run on Windows? Please!

Note: jailbreak is required.

Edit: the dictionaries can be used with iBooks.

Edit 2: There's some kind of a StarDict-Mac-Dictionary converter written in Python:

No idea how to use it though.
