Can you read pdf file more than 1000 pages?

Hello.
I'm korean.
PRS-500 does not support korean font, so I have to make pdf file includes embedded fonts.

I converted 5 MB txt file to pdf file, and its page number is more than 2500 pages.
When I saw 1000th page of that pdf file, I saw only white paper.
Until 999 pages I can see every pages. But, after 1000 pages, bookreader
shows nothing.

You can easily test this problem. Make pdf files has more than 1000 pages,
and see end page.

Also, when I see pdf file that included embedded fonts and font size is bigger than 14, page reading speed is extremely slow. (Maybe 15~30 seconds)
Is this a limit of Sony reader's CPU?

I don't think so.

I have made several PDF files optimised for my reader that go over 1000 pages. No problems and certainly, no slow down towards the end of the book.

How are you making your PDF files?

I have used Acrobat version 6 with no problem in PDFs over 1,000 pages. Likewise, ABC Amber Text Converter produced PDF over 1,000 work n the Reader.

I have used PDF Factory.
Oh, When I used Acrobat 3D, it shows more than 1,000 page.
I think PDF Factory's PDF files do not have compatibility enoughly.
Also, page viewing speed were growing up like text files.
