Newbie setup question

Hello, I support one of the school systems here in North Carolina. They recently purchased 20 of the enTourage eDGe devices. We are having trouble getting them setup which I have to admit is causing me some embarrassment since everything we read states you should be able to set these up in 10 minutes.

The device shows me my wifi networks fine. It is when I get to the registration screen that I am having a problem. It will not register and I have found no work around, therefore I cannot proceed from that point.

Can someone let me know what I am overlooking or need to do to get these devices setup.

does this android edge has a good feedback than other androids in america? ... and does it has good features as a android device
