lol! You're right, the Kindle picture *is* messed up! I guess they felt too embarrassed to show a proper picture of it. Or else Amazon was and made them change it. lol. And as for the survey, yeah, I didn't see it either. Maybe they pulled it?

The article missed a lot of other ways to read without a book: reading from Kindle applications on your computer, reading epubs in Firefox's e-reader, reading on various mobile phones and personal devices, and more. It was still a nice round-up.

A bit misleading. As someone who read cereal boxes as a kid and will read the small print on anything when "occupied" without a catalog or manual at hand, I expected something other than ten ways to read a book without the printed copy at hand.

I suspect "book" will be with us as long as we "dial" phones.

Um, no. A Gallup Poll that has released results is closed, while neilmarr talked about having JUST done the alleged survey at a link at which several people reported inability to find the survey he mentioned.
