Can we speed up the selection speed of a word?

Hi,

I realized today that the selection speed of a word is a bit slow in my opinion. Can we in any way increase the speed of selection like double?

Are you talking about selection speed (which doesn't seem slow to me) or hold timeout (#4832)?

Yes the one you said "hold timeout". It is half a second if I see correctly. It would be more smooth if it were one third of a second or less -in my opinion. Thanks for the correction
