I agree. My dad passed at 58 back in 1996. It was his heart as well. I heard later that he'd been having chest pains but didn't say anything about it. Of course he also had a bad mental attitude in his later years which I'm sure didn't help. I have my health challenges on occasion but I try to keep an upbeat attitude (not always easy) even so. Back in March I ended up in hospital for a bit over a day. It was a Wednesday and my blood sugar spiked and wouldn't settle back down. So I called an ambulance and they took me in. My blood sugar had gone over 600 and my Potassium was also running high. Plus I was dehydrated. So they had to monitor my levels while having trouble getting blood samples. Not a fun way to spend time. I got through it though.
