dynamic IP

The server seems to run fine; I can login from my local network, using something like :
http://10.0.0.70:8070

When I try the same with a dynamic address :
http://howi42.loginto.me:8070
it fails.
The port forwarding is setup correctly.
Is there any place I have to set the allowed domains or such ?

the server does not care what domain you use, it works entirely off IP addresses.

Are you sure this is setup correctly? The address resolves to somewhere in Norway. A ping times out. traceroute stops at about 16 hops from here on routers that have names that agree with where the IP address is. I don't know if that is your router set to not respond, or your ISP blocking things.

Do you have anything already setup and working?

From nmap documentation:

The state is either open , filtered , closed , or unfiltered . Open means that an application on the target machine is listening for connections/packets on that port. Filtered means that a firewall, filter, or other network obstacle is blocking the port so that Nmap cannot tell whether it is open or closed .
