How to remove books from the Nook Color desktop (home)

If you would like to remove the default books on the Nook Color desktop, here's how to do it:

Go to the desktop (home) using the Nook button.
Press and hold on the book cover you want to remove.
After a couple seconds, a menu pops up with the following options:
- Read
- View details
- Recommend
- Remove from home
Select the last one: "Remove from home"
Done!

Is there one to delete it off the Nook completely? The default books still show up in the library - like the user guide and quick guide.
