No library on Calibre

I have a Kobo Glo. When connected to Calibre and device selected no books are shown. I get the following error message. I am still able to transfer books to the device.

ERROR: Error: Error communicating with device

file is encrypted or is not a database

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 87, in run
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 503, in _books
File "site-packages\calibre\devices\kobo\driver.py", line 1672, in books
DatabaseError: file is encrypted or is not a database
Can anyone help?

You probably need to update calibre. That looks like a problem that was fixed over a year ago due to a change in the firmware released at that time.

If you list the version of calibre and the firmware, I would know for sure.
